Dream Work Sessions
Are you curious about working with your dreams but aren't really sure where to start? Maybe you recently had a strange or big dream and would like some help unpacking it's connection to your waking life. A dream-work session is guided exploration of your dreaming life through a weaving together of modalities such as depth psychological theory and practice; expressive arts modalities and somatic theory and practice.
This 60 min. service is offered both in-person and online.
This service is priced on a no-questions-asked sliding scale $40-90.
Art Inquiry/Art Ceremony
Art Inquiry/Art Ceremony is a personalized in-person, facilitated multi-modal art-making experience based upon a question, topic and/or theme that you would like to explore and unfold in depth. Examples of topics include:
Creative Blocks
Decision-making
Developing Creativity/ Developing Creative Projects
Developing Intuition
Integrating psychedelic and/or spiritual experiences
Navigating Transitions
Personal Growth & Development
This service includes a 30 minute consultation to develop the question, theme or topic you would like to explore and unfold during the art-making experience and scheduling the date of the art-making experience. The art-making experience itself is 2 1/2 hours (3 hours total).
